Teledyne Technologies Appoints
New Chief Financial Officer
LOS ANGELES, October 2, 2000 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) today announced the appointment of Robert J. Naglieri as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Naglieri comes to Teledyne after spending 24 years at General Electric and more than five years with Case Corp., where he was vice president and controller. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer, Agriculture Business of CNH Global N.V. CNH was recently formed through the merger of Case Corp. and New Holland N.V. in November 1999. At Teledyne Technologies, Naglieri will oversee all aspects of corporate financial management and planning, including investor relations. Naglieri received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Saint Peter's College in New Jersey.
