Teledyne Technologies Names James M. Link New President of Teledyne Brown Engineering
LOS ANGELES, July 17, 2001 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) announced today the appointment of retired Lt. General James M. "Jim" Link as president of Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. Link succeeds Richard A. "Dick" Holloway who has announced his retirement.
Link, a retired three-star general, joins Teledyne Brown Engineering after serving as senior vice president of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) Applied Technology Group in Huntsville, Ala. Before SAIC, Link had a distinguished 33-year career with the U.S. Army where he last served as Deputy Commanding General of the Army Materiel Command. Prior to that he was the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal, Ala.
