Teledyne Awarded U.S. Air Force Contract for Next Generation CTIC/CDH DS-101 Hybrids
LOS ANGELES - December 4, 2003 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) today announced that Teledyne Microelectronic Technologies has been awarded a contract by the United States Air Force to develop a next generation CTIC/CDH DS-101 Hybrid (CDH).
The CDH is a custom tamper-resistant microcircuit that, when embedded in a host, provides communications security. The next generation CDH will be designed to incorporate the latest encryption/decryption algorithms and provide users multi algorithm selectability.
